We experienced a flood in one of the bathrooms at my workplace and had significant water damage to 5 rooms. Adam came out quickly to assess the situation and start the drying process. In order for everything to fully dry, some materials needed to be removed. It was determined at that time we had asbestos and needed abatement to ensure proper drying and safety of our employees. Adam's team came out and removed the affected materials quickly and safely. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and efficient. I definitely recommend Best Option Restoration of Grapevine Carrollton and will use them again should the need arise!

Excellent people great experience got the job done without any issue. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I was worried that I wasn’t gonna be able to find someone to help me with my insurance claim. There was a lot of water damage. Our bathroom looks 10 times better than it ever did.
